More memories

Summer 2008 had some good memories, too. :D

And yes, I just had some sort of fangirl moment while watching this video a few minutes ago.
xD

Oh, the visual stimulation >:D

Don't judge me.
Sunday was amazing.
Kyle's a sweetheart.
So is Caleb.
Jonathan has very hairy pits.
xD

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

OMIGAWD HILARIOUS XD
I couldn't stop giggling to myself.
>D

But for real, Sic Transit Gloria... Glory Fades is a much better song than The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows, in my opinion.
Why did they even choose TQTTNOEK as their single?
**sigh**
=/

And yes, 2:14, the part where Jesse touches himself, is my favourite.
>:D

Don't judge me. I'm not the only person who feels this way.

I'm essited *again*

No more Patrick Wolf, no more Jaguar Love, no more Blink, no more Fall Out Boy. (Sad about that.)

Brand New in July at the Troubadour.
Way too small for Brand New which makes tickets so much harder to get.
But I'm determined on getting a ticket for myself.
I WILL get one and I will go to that show and it will be amazing.
You just watch me.

I am in love with the end of "Communist Daughter".

Why do adults on vh1 always say "conversate"?
Ads by Google suck.

Jeff Mangum sounds like the lead singer of The Decemberists.

I kind of love how Neutral Milk Hotel use acoustic guitar in their songs as oppose to electric.
Jeff's voice makes it even better.

King of Carrot Flowers <3

Brand New show in July. $30 for presale this Tuesday.
(And yes, I am signed to their street team. xD)
I'm choosing that show over the Fall Out Boy/Blink 182 show in September that only costs $20 THAT WENT ON SALE TODAY.
**sigh**

The Troubadour really is a small club.
Too small. ]:
But they always do have the best bands.
Korn played there the day I was born. hahaha

I was informed that 18+ and 21+ shows are way better than all ages shows.
Shows PERIOD are the best thing ever.
18+ and 21+ shows would have to indescribable to be better than all ages shows.
I guess (free?) beer will take care of that for me, won't it? xD

My throat is so sore.
I took some night time Tylenol about half an hour ago (who cares what time it is? I mean, it's night time somewhere, anyway) and it kind of worked. It still kind of hurts to swallow.
Yes, I occasionally feel pain.

I feel like watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory again. I was watching it before my dad's friend came over. Had to turn it off because I need to start my science project that's due on Monday.
Still need to get back to that. hahaha

It's on physical anthropology.
I love anatomy, but my teacher said that our presentations and papers mustn't include any biology.
I love bio.
D:

Oops. I promised I'd make this my shortest blog yet when it came to text.
MY BAD.

Have a nice day, everyone.

P.S. Brit and Jesse Lacey were right about In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. It is really beautiful.

YouTube

I'm posting this on my blog because most videos on the YouTube site don't always play right.
It's complex. Anyway, if you watch this video you might end up liking it. I personally love this song.

I need to see Brand New again

Saw them at Springfest on April 4th at USC.
They were the headlining band.
Pinback had played right before them.
Mum heard Rob cursing a shitload of things and people and hated Pinback's set.
She didn't like BN's style of music.
But then again, she claims to hate every band I see. =/
I've been listening to Brand New a lot lately and I appreciate them so much more than I did before.
Their first album was ace. :D
And I am starting to find Jesse Lacey at least somewhat attractive.
He seems sweet.
I need to hug him before I die.
That would make me very happy.
Hope to see Kevin Devine next sunday.
That would be pretty cool, especially since I love Brand New so much right now.
I'm essited and I hope I can get into the show.
I really hope so.
D:

David Letterman has had Brand New AND Cursive on his show.
That's pretty impressive, no lie.
